Gm everyone, may I ask, regarding the flying stars for your house chart, I do understand that in each sector there is a mountain, water, and base star. Does each star retain its element? For example, in my south sector, the water star is a 1, which the element of star 1 is also water; however, in the SW sector the star in the water position is 8, and the element of the 8 star is earth. So, even though the 8, earth star is in the "water position", it's still an earth element, correct? I hope that made sense...thank you for your input...blessings

Water feature should only see 1,2,3 or 4..
yes,8 is still a earth star because it's the gua attribute.

Hi jkumar49,

If I correct understand your question than...

Star 1 is water.

Stars 2 and 5 and 8 are earth.

Stars 3 and 4 are wood.

Stars 6 and 7 are metal.

Star 9 is fire.

"Mountain star"..."Water star"... there are the names. Why ?

Mountain star is yin, she likes to sit ...as the mountain.
Water star is yang, she likes to run...as the water.

Yes, I understand that the mountain star sits and the water is in motion. I am referring to the star that occupies each place, if it retain it's element, so if star 8 is in mountain position, because 8 is earth you would use fire to activate it, correct? Or if star 1 is in mountain position because 1 is water you use metal to activate it, correct?

No,you don't activate a sector this way.

You can activate using candle, air purifier or a water feature coupled with a proper date selection.

This is the difference between "activation" and "strenghtening".

If you want to activate Mountain Star... give her something to sitting (furniture, stone, wall, etc.).
If you want to activate Water Star.. give her a motion (ie. door in this sector) or water feature (ie. pond or fountain or aquarium).

If you want to strenghten Mountain or Water Star give her something in her (or nourishing her) element.
