2018 health condition is not good. Need to extremely careful in your food intake n exercise more

if u enjoy spicy food and rich food and cold drinks, its time to change. eat more simple and healthy food but not too much of cooling food. exercise to sweat off toxins acxumulated.in ur cells....best is take up some yinyang correction exercise like taichi ...get some sunlight everyday......
