It does matter. As the energies is draw from outside to inside. So it's very important for u to FiRST choose a good locality.

Then make sure the shape of the building is balnce and not in odd shape.

Only then you can start to design the interior base on the fs formulation.

Get a reliable fs practitioner will save you a lot of unnecessary work in future. Plan ahead!

xkfan is correct - Feng Shui does matter when purchasing property. It is always better to avoid a problem than to try and fix it latter.
