I am new and need help with my birth chart which reads as follows:

Birth Year: 8 May 1983
Time of birth: 06:11am
Country of Birth: Australia

I also want to know if the directions on North and South are reversed when practicing Feng Shui in the Southern Hemisphere? I read it in a book somewhere and just wanted confirmation.
