Facing direct cardinal direction (0 degree, 90 degree, 180, etc) is not a good facing. The qi is too strong. Is it the direction of your main door?
You need to tell also the bod of each member of your family to first calculate their gua number and second to check if no one is on the toilets or on the gas stove.
