Where to properly place a potted money plant by the main door of the house -- inside or outside the main door?

I placed it right outside the main door, left side, if facing the main door from inside going out.

Our house is West facing. The main door opens inward, door knob at the right side if facing the main door from inside going out.

Place the plant in the wealth area of the living room, family room or the wealth area of the whole house, but never in a bedroom.

How will I know which is the wealth area of a space ? Is it the North side ? Thanks.

The wealth area depends upon which school of Feng Shui you follow. Go to the home page and check your kau number
or 8 Mansions and see which school would work for you, then place the plant accordingly. My money plant lives inside our
home.

Is it ok if I use my husband's kua number instead, since he is the head of the family? We are both East groups anyways, so that all his good directions are also good for me, though for different purposes. (E.g. North is for my success I think; North for him is for personal growth etc.)

So for the Kua number method is the "SUCCESS" direction the one to tap for wealth activation?

Yes, you can use your husband's directions. This is fine because he is te head of the family. Go to the wofs home page because you will fine more detailed information. All the Feng shui school are listed and it tells how to use them and how to find Kau numbers and use them to your advantage.
