To identify a Cancer illness, you have to look first if their chart has:
1) Fire Penalty, like Monkey, Tiger and Snake combination.
2) Earth Penalty, like Dog, Goat and Ox combination
3) Water and Fire Clash, like Goat and Horse against Rat Clash
or a Rat and Ox against a Horse. Pin Clash is also a dangerous form for Blood related illness.
In your example, a Stomach Cancer, could relate to Exaggerated Wood or Earth element. Earth-element is related to stomach and digested organs. Wood is the Liver that destroys Earth is it is excessive. Cancer is one of a form of Water and Fire Clash, or Blood related illness. Earth is also the destroyer of the Immune system (Water-element) and Fire is under Clash with Water (Immune System).
In your example that man is 58 years old, normally he will face hardship before the 60 years cycle, the most dangerous turn point of a Cycle.
His Year Pillar Water over Fire, is an indication a disharmony in his year pillar. His Month and Day are under Wood and Earth disharmony. Those Destruction formation says already about his quality of life. All his Pillars are in Yin formation, again Yin and Yang not disharmony.
His hour pillar supports the Fire element, this Fire will support the Earth-element. We already know that if Earth elements become excessive his Immune system will be destroyed, and will trigger his Cancer.
With these information it already shows his health is not so good, but the picture of Stomach Cancer is still not clear to me.
In 2008 is a Rat year and it is under Water and Fire Clash with the month July Goat/Horse. This could explain the Activation of Blood Related Cancer, but the picture is still not clear to me.
The reason why it is not clear is his Hour-pillar, if the Hour pillar is a Horse pillar than the picture is complete. You will have than as I have mentioned above, a Wood and Earth Destruction in combination with Water and Fire Clash.
His Hour could be right and I am just not good enough to see the total picture of his Stomach Cancer.
The most likely period that his Cancer will get worst is his current 10 year Luck pillar.
Again you see the Earth Penalty appearing, the most dangerous form of Cancer: his Goat 10 year Luck pillar with 7-Killing Star in the hidden stem. Earth Clash between a Goat and Ox and become dangerous in the year of the Dog to form a complete GOD Earth-Penalty. His Internal Water and Fire Clash, again Blood related illness, his immune system is in disharmony and his body will give up.
Again again and again I am amazing about the Theory of Cancer related illness in the form of Bazi as above.
