The Psoriasis thread was so interesting and I'd love to see what the case would be for those who are afflicted with migraines. I'm wondering where in my chart would indicate the presence of these bad headaches.
Would it be because I have a "dry" chart with no water in my top 8 pillars?
As I am learning , I shall give a try to decode. You have your Day Pillar supported by fire from the Month Pillar. strengthening small intestine and shoulders,
The reason for your headaches is your day pillar Jia ( Yang wood ) sitting on Shen (Yang metal), this is an indication of Headache , as Jia resembles Head and is cut off by the metal element Shen. The blood circulation is not reaching to the requirement till your Head. Also your fire is strong at month pillar to support your Father ( your shoulders are strong).
The reason why I didn't reply your request was that according to The Traditional Chinese Medicine they didn't give much information about the Head, or inside the head. The Five Organs network didn't include the Head, so I have to exam the Qi-flow in the head.
It causes me also head-aches.
Saphora will not be Saphora if I give up, the more complex problem it is you will find Saphora.
I will come back.
Health subject is my Passion and Ambition, so why not?
In the West, a symptom like Headache may be treated universally with Aspirin, Tylenol or Paracetamol. The Doctor could advice you just to drink lots of water and go to sleep.
This same headache needs differentiating in Chinese Medicine.
For example, disturbance of the Liver Network can produce Migraine or bilious headaches associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and noise. These headaches may be provoked by anger and occur more frequently in the spring.
Disturbance of the stomach and Intestines may cause headaches associated with nasal and sinus congestion, acidity, flatulence, and constipation. This type of headache may appear in the morning and improve in the evening.
Especially in hot, humid weather, disturbances of the Spleen and Heart may cause headaches associated with fatigue, dizziness, perspiration, and anxiety. In Winter, headaches associated with backache, chilliness, and profuse urination may suggest a disturbance of the kidney.
The Headache could be a simple matter of acute indigestion or related to a complex and chronic problem such as hypertension, asthma, allergies, or Premenstrual Syndrome.
Only a simple Headache there is for TCM lots of differentiations.
Now if we focus on her Wood-element (Liver Network),
Does her Headache improve in the future?
Yes, according her 10 year Luck Pillar she is going in the Wood-phase, which it supports her Wood-element or her Liver Network.
Her future looks pretty good and very stable, so I would think her health is improving and no need to worry in the near future.
