Any idea to avoid back stabbing/gossip or any particular matter that discouraging at work place?

Ive tried putting a Chinese paper fan in my drawer to avoid gossip.

Is wearing a phoenix scarf =/ is it too overpowering?

a little suggestion and hope this might be of help to you.

an image of a rooster can counteract office politicking. you may want to try placing one on your desk.

also, try to locate your sheng chi direction (or at least your other auspicious directions if sheng chi direction is not possible) based on your kua number. this may give you edge when you interact with people.

you may also check your work area, if you are sitting with a door behind you. this can also encourage backstabbing.

A phoenix already resemblance a rooster, but im concern if its too overpowering because i wear it as a scarf. Im also wanted to wear a phoenix broach and earing etc ( i like bird symbols).

I only can face either NE/E/SE. According to my Kua (7), the best i can do is facing NE(love direction). My Sheng Chi is an empty hallway.
I only had a false wall behind me where the other is next colleague. I wonder if i should hang a mountain pic behind me (SW) to enhance support from my boss.

All this time i don't have problem support from boss because every time somebody trying to gossip or backstabbing me, my boss will always sided me. I just have problem with office politics which is drowning me emotionally!

Does facing my love direction making me emotional at the office?

Im also trying to solve the same office politics & backstabbing from collegues like you.

I was told to put a rooster to counter the problem. Another advice said that I shouldn't put the Rooster because Rabbit & Rooster is not compatible. I am a Rabbit. The other option suggested is to use a jade cicada.

So I don't know what to do with the Rooster that I bought.

Anyone can shed a light? Thank you.

yes use jade cicada as jewelry such as pen/wrist watch/hair band/scarf or anything u can think of..i think thats help you a lot.
