hi there. i have been working for several years already. i have a steady and relatively good income coming from my current job. this is my 4th company. from the 3 companies that i have worked with, promotion and career luck came easily (a year after i got hired). while here, in my current job, no career movement is experienced yet....i think i am good at work, i work diligently, and yet i kept on wondering why am i not promoted yet.....can this year bring me career and money luck?

i have also considered transferring to another company. there was this one company who called me up and offered me a job, but no follow-up call from them anymore.....will this year open doors for me to get another job?

A lot Metal choping you until a lot of job. Very diligent in the work can do anything for the comapny. But in you Bazi has slightly not good, the plan that you always recommend or suggest will end up useless. Try to consider to change job but you able to get promotion in your life time. Hard to tell you unless you may try to be boss.

oh, thank you. how do i enhance my promotion and career luck? i am really waiting for the final compensation package from the other company because i really want to change job (though still the same industry - i am working in a bank). i want a career growth. because, here in my present job, i think time flies so slowly. as if everybody is doing something for nothing. no clear direction for future career growth.
