Hello there
I need some advise as to how to place a coin sword in my office. I often make mistakes in my accounting work everyday even when I try my best to avoid mistakes. The worst part is that my collegues often find my mistakes and tell all their friends in the company which is bullying me everyday....Can I just hang a coin sword in the north side of my work desk or can I just place the sword in an evelope with the open end pointing out north on my table? I have only a south wall beside my desk? I do not have a north wall beside my desk? Or can I just place the coin sword in my drawer?

Thanks

At the South sector of your working place, put a lot of pink color item such as pink red packet, pink color draw, ribbon in pink and etc. This will weaken the gossip star.

Thank you, I am going to do this too. I have a terrible work environment.
Bullies, gossips and backstabbers.
I am sad because I need my job.
I hope the pink will work for me too.

Those who spread gossips, backstabbing and say bad issues on you will face the acrimony of those actions eventually. This is something they cannot avoid. What goes around comes around.

Most of working places have such people.

Some even gather to do such acts in the public.

Those people are useless to the World; they got nothing else to do or rather they are incapable of doing anything but such acts.

They are simply pathetic.

Hi crw22carter,

I fully support your course.

Please don't trust my comments. I can be totally wrong. I am still learning.

Thank you all. A million thank yous for your kindness.

Let me explain a little so maybe you can advise.
My job situation is complicated. I do not believe they dislike me. It is more that 2 co-workers
are upset because the company hired me. Before I was hired they were paid more, over time,
extra, bonuses... But now they have regular pay because the company does not have to
pay them more.
They are really mad at the company I work for but taking it out me. I am at the bottom of the
totem pole. I am the new person and they blame me for everything. Or try to get people to
blame me.

These 2 co-workers would love for me to quit or be fired. They play mean tricks, they set me up
to make mistakes, they do not share information and tell me incorrectly how to do
something. I have to learn on my own. I read everything and try to silently learn. They never
tell me the truth. I have to deal with two people who lie every day on how a procedure is
done.

I want to believe that it is not me, but that anyone in my job would be treated badly. If they
needed me they would treat me well. But they are angry. I try to forgive, rise above, be kind,
and remind myself this is not forever.

But.........
Everyday I go into work with fear, dread, anxiety and stress. I have lost 15 pounds. I do not
eat at work. I have to feel safe to eat and I do not feel safe there. The anger they give
off to me is so very stressful. Many days I return home from work crying in the car ride home.
I try so hard but I am hated just because I am there. I have talked to one boss but she does
not really care. She likes the other ladies and I will look like a complainer if I say anything more.
It is 2 against 1.

My mother bought me a bracelet of Black Tourmaline and Crystal.
This may or may not help. But knowing my mother is by my side is helpful to deal with
the stress.

If you have any more advice. I am Monkey born Year 68 month 03 (march) and day 22
at 10:50 at night Eastern United States/Canada East coast time zone.

Despite my job being terrible. I have a very happy marriage. 2 wonderful children and
a loving home, good friends, a healthy outlook on life.
I love my life except my job. Not everyting in life is perfect. I must accept
that my job will be difficult because my family, marriage and children are all good.
My health is much better, I do have a rare bone marrow disease but I take good care of me
so I know I am on the right track.

I do not know the times of birth of these two other women.
I believe one is 23 years old and the older is 64 or 66.
age 23 is born in May 20 ____ year unknown
and age 64 is born in October 1----year unknown.

In time I hope to learn my job and not have to ask them anything.
Thank you all for your kind words. If you have anything further I thank you very much.
Oh I forgot, I have a tiny fake green fish by my desk. I also keep a Amthyst geode but
I am not sure this works.
Thank you again.

You can wrap this up in one sweep, talk to your boss about what you have said above, wrong procedures, blaming you, tell him you aren't here to cause problems but that you are doing the best you can under the circumstances. If your boss is not aware he may think your doing things wrong. No boss wants bullying or harrassment at work. And no employee wants to be accused of it,it will put those co-workers in their place.

We are all here to learn from eachother,so lets Feng Shui it up!

Thank you. That is good advice.

I did this exactly. I spoke to my boss and she said she would talk to the two women
to improve the situation. A month passed and during this time it got worse. It seemed
my boss has little power with them and really does not care, as long as the job is done.
She is sweet but not powerful.
So, I went to her boss. I did not complain about my boss but told my bosses boss
the situation I was working under. I simply said things are not going
well and that I would have to leave if things did not get better.

Well it has been a month. Not better. In fact they are worse. I got yelled at by my
bosses boss for a procedure I did not know how to do. Luckily I was careful and
saved the company $50,000.00. I showed her what I did. I kept all my copies of work.
My Boss's Boss is thankful but I am still going to leave. I think the environment is
too hostile. It ends up being my word against these other women. I will always
have to be very careful of what I do. This is not a happy place to work.

So I am looking for a new job. No one knows (other than Wofs and my family)
that I am searching for a new job. I will be polite and give them a 2 week notice
but I am definiltely leaving. It is for the best. In this economy I hope I find a
good job.

Thank you again for your kind words.

Hi dear crw22charter,

its realy awful,awful,awful!

I know the situation very good . It´mobbing.

Do you have any trade union represantative there or kind of people who represant the employees? Someone to talk to besides you boss, someone who can help? Feng shui is a great thing that can help, but there are also some other things to try.And I don´t know the way such things are to handle in your country. But that is mobbing.

Perhaps talking to your boss and telling her,you are going to leave, because of the situation that makes you sick and loose your creativity you would like to apply in this company for it´s best?
A good company would try to stop mobbing at least being afraid of the rumors outside the company.
And what is about the other co-workers? Do you have one person there you can talk the matter over and who is able to support you and to help you get more people on your side? Sometimes it is enough when the other side knows - you are not alone and they have no one to support the dirty "play".
Perhaps telling the people you need their support or you have nothing else to do as to leave going out in nothing and not knowing how you are going to survive? It can go wrong and it can go good, as I said, I don ´t know the situation in your land and how the people act in this situation, and wether you live in a big city or in a small town.
It is just an idea.

With best regards

c.

Yes, there is a Human Resource dept. A person who could help. But... I think this company is too small.
Everyone knows everyone and they will see me as the complainer. It is one against 2. I now, know why
the person before me left. I understand and feel bad for them.
I think it is my best option to find another job and leave.

Thank you for your support. Knowing I am not alone in my difficult job helps to move forward.

Now back to Feng Shui so other people can learn. And I can learn what is wrong here.
How does Feng Shui work in the workplace??? Well lets look at my office area.
I want to learn how FS works for me and what I should do next time.

I have no back or support at work. There is no wall behind my desk area. I can not change the
desk area. I have tried to create a faux wall but this is not good enough. And I face a high 1/2 walll with a giant
plant in front of me. I asked if I could move the plants but the two ladies said. "NO!!!!"
So I have a wall of sorts in front of me, no wall behind. I also have a pillar in front of me.
I face South by South West. I do not know for sure. I fear taking compass measurements.

I truly believe I need to be in an office that faces East. Will a solid wall behind me. No plants in front
of me and no poison arrows from a Pillar.

Thanks all for your kindness. I love WOFS people helping people!

It is difficult to apply real feng shui at work because often we only have a desk or a little cubicle and cannot affect the building, the door, etc.
But we can use feng shui at home to support prosperity, noblemen and other aspects that will help us at work.
We can also analyze our birth chart (Four Pillars or bazi) to understand what destiny has planned for us now. Then we can take appropriate actions based on that.

Of course, none of this will help if we are making mistakes at work. If we are not a productive employee then we are very vulnerable.
Perhaps you should focus less on the personal relationships and more on learning what you need to know?
Perhaps asking your boss for proper training will be more professional than asking her to stop the bullies?
Don't despair. The situation may not be nearly as bad as you think.

You are correct.
Unfortunately I must be trained by the two mean women.
I was hired because of my experience and I know I do an excellent
job. The job itself is wonderful. I love it, I just can not handle these
mean women anymore. It will all work out great when I find a new
job. In my last job I was there for 7 years. I wish I could go back.
Big mistake taking this position.
