I think the english chart or the chinese chart is wrong,
- 亥 Boar - yang water

癸 is Gui- Yin water ( you mentioned it as yang water)

Probably I translated the english verson wrongly. The english version is in reverse order to the chinese version.
Hour - Yin Water; Boar
Day - Yin Water; Boar
Month - Yin Metal; Boar
Year - Yang Water; Rat

- You have to add your 10 Yr LP
- Are you staying in an Inland, or surrounded by water, when your born? Your chart is flooded with water.
- Are your over weight? born in a big family or have more than two siblings
- Frequently changing places/

If you do not want to disclose your DOB and gender, Pls do place it in the form of picture along with your 10 Yr LP. If you have a day light saving , then your time has to be corrected.
- ask some specific questions , so that the masters can help you fast.

This chart nor strong or over strong. Is Dominant chart or Follow the Leader Chart. So when facing Earth, Metal and Water year is your most prosper luck. No matter do what all nothing issues.

But only one problems here, if there is involves clashing with Boar, then this is matter serious. Just read it like that will not be a matter.

The chart is a strong Gui Day Master. and water is prosperous, in ( Boar) Hai month, but no output element - wood is seen , need to know if their is any wood and Earth in 10 yr LP, ( this can be said if we know, male or female chart). I personaly feel that it is a cold chart and need fire to keep warm as well as it is his/her wealth element. apart from this , the person is direction less if he/she has no Yang earth.

- Their is a Boar-Boar, self punishment from month branch to Hour branch.

You read is like normal chart, so to clarify, we have to ask the owner of this Bazi. If the Luck and Yearly Pillar have water, then are you the most prosperous year. Without any worry. Let say last year onward, 2010 Geng Yin and 2011 Xin Mao year. So far nothing problems, do anything all work fine for you and EARN a lot too. Always received big projects, or assign a lot important task for you.

Although you may facing difficulty but t the last there is always person here to help you. For this year you will feel slightly stress and feel like bully by other only. So as I say early, problems here, problems will solve by other.

The last few years was not doing well, including this year. Projects got delayed and stalled.
This year also not doing well. Seems to have something blocking or holding me back.

Agree with DTS, you indeed Water Chart, need to make it stronger. Favorable element for you is Water, Metal and Earth. During this elements Year suppose to go smoothly. Last year suppose to be very good for you, but I totally forgot about the EB combination. You Hai and last year Yin combine and forms Wood. The Wood s give you three times impacts, so that why you a bit obstructs. The Wood represent you Obstruction of Thinking, so when you want to make a decision then you are unable to make it. Some more you now in the Luck Pillar of the Yi Mao, which triple forms Wood (Mao and Hai = Wood) this making you more obstruct. Plus there is a Punishment which is Zi and Mao. I can said that from 23 onward everything gone worst then before. Nothing get correct and wrong decision making, unable to lead a smooth life. One sentences say all : DE BAD LUCK...

Unfortunately I am not born into a wealthy family.
Life in the early years were simple and don't really have any major problems.
Only the last few years were relatively obstructive.
Of cos, financial problems are one of them but more importantly major projects are not moving in the favourable manner.
Can sense there are people or events that are hindering.
Would appreciate if you have any good advice. Thanks.

I felt that Earth might not be a favourable element. Water & Metal probably are favourable while Wood & Fire might be supportive in certain situations. In fact, only the last few years are not that smooth, probably 2007 or 2008 onwards. As I have replied to DTS, I can sense some levels of obstruction here and there. Was wondering when will all these obstructions be able to subside. Thanks.

I think 2008 more trouble, because that year is Wu Zi year. Wu and and Gui combine form Fire. that year making you loss a lot of money, and almost bankruptcy. As for Ji Chou still much better.

Only watch out one Earth element Wu戊 and Si巳, this will give you strong impact.

Present luck phase penalises your year branch.Branch of 2011 also penalises your year branch.This is a penalty(side-clash)with the Grand Duke("tai sui") of 2011,called the Penalty of Impropriety.Though not as serious as a head-on,frontal clash,this mutual penalty could also produce problems.
