The reason why you are SO aggressive stems from your Direct Officer not being revealed in your chart, thats why you have so much feelings and sensations about it, to the point where you often feel like you're gonna burst, but with no opportunities available to do so.

You are right to say that BING and SI supports your CHEN.
However, think about it---- Is your CHEN really usable?
If we refer to your season, you are in the peak of winter.
Any Earth that is not protruding (not strong enough to reveal itself to the heavenly stem), will be considered wet earth.

Wet earth is barely usable for most Daymaster, especially water daymaster as it is already WET in nature.
Wet earth does not take in more moist in your case.
Besides, Your earth is trapped significantly in a Zi month.

BING rooting in SI means you have capacity to generate steady wealth in a significant capacity!

Sitting on SI however, does mean that you are supported, sitting on a pile of treasure!
It however, also make you quick tempered, temperamental and hot headed in many ways.

It's not about wealth not sharing with anyone with regards to what you say,
its that your wealth will be apparent to all, everyone can see your wealth,
hence having water frames and water-producing combinations means
others are out there to 'rob' your wealth. That is what it truly mean.
There is no other context in Di Tian Sui saying you will not want to share wealth.

Not wanting to share wealth stems from you being a strong daymaster,
coupled with non-protruding DO. Nothing else, get it my friend?

Your YIN is unable to support your DING at all actually, if you understand advanced concepts.
Only your BING is supported from SI, which is a very good thing for you.

BING CHEN DOES NOT give you TOO MUCH wealth and power. It gives you a very decent amount of wealth,
but you will hunger for more, which could spell trouble.
This is what I mean. I do not mean anything else in this context, already.

Having DING and and strong REN DM for you also mean that you are born in the doors of wealth,
but you will find that your doors of wealth not being rooted, hence subject to disappearing.

It in fact, flickers every now and then, as DING REN combines, though that doesn't mean DING and REN itself disappears,
which is a concept we have discussed in earlier posts so I shall not talk further on it.

How does MAO YOU clash lead to Fire? Please show me the way from your understanding hehe.
To me, The clash of MAO YOU is actually NOT a bad thing for you.
MAO YOU clash will mean the ability of your water to flow in such chilling winter as from YOU,
and MAO will have excellent footing to thrive, which is further supported by JI of your JI MAO LP.

This to me, is great news, and would translate to increased performance, increased ability to enjoy luxuries of life,
and increasing opportunities opening up to you.

My Opinion:
DING WEI will see your door of wealth being rooted in a reasonable sense.
Since your REN is unable to combine with your chart's DING, having one more DING could spell a potential for partnership in consolidating your wealth derived from steady ventures (or your family business in this case).

Having WEI will give you the ability to have courage, to do what it takes to lead, to rule, and if you personally choose to show to the world
that you choose to lead, and can lead, you WILL be able to lead. This is essentially establishment of your rule in particular endeavors (your business helm), in my opinion.
