Firstly, you need to calm down okay? I can sense the tension in you, and I am sure many forum-ers can sense it too!

You're like, boiling after being exposed to DING. I reckon you are pretty much exposed to too much DING and thinking too much on your future with BING.
Sit back and think about what I say, and hopefully it settles you down.

As you do not have proper relations with your superiors, it will be hard for you to rise like you desire.
I can see, and can feel the desire in you, with it being rooted so strong in your immediate self.

You need to CALM down and let things flow. Being so close to BING has its advantages and drawbacks.
Obviously, you are experiencing some degree of drawbacks now, with the negative attributes of your DW revealed.

You are a strong GUI, and hence you should be able to handle them all with ease.
Are you able to fish out what is truly bothering you?
That should be your number ONE concern my friend.

Where are you living at? Let me know.

From what I see:

1) You do not have any inherited illness, though you may have sustained injuries;

2) You have stronger competitors around you, who threaten to take power away from you;

3) You have BING right beside you, which is supposed to be your protector.

in 2011 I loose my bing because bing+xin=water,so wasn`t good for me...
