o.k. everyone this is my first post. I had a question regrading directions facing, my kua # is 4 so therefore i belong to the east group. I live on the eastern side of the state but i feel alot more comfortable towards the west, they say that this direction is bad for me, what should i do or better yet what would be the cure to alleviate this, i am also a rooster sign so there is alot in store for me this year. Can someone please explain the rules to all of this, i am also offered a position on the west coast, do i take it ?? please help

Hello, I am just a recent member of this forum and I'm not sure whether it is ok for me to offer advice or not, but as I'm a Rooster and I bought Lillian's and Jennifer's Fortune and Feng Shui book for the Rooster in 2012 (an excellent investment), I can help you.

If your birth date is 1969 and your direction is East you are obviously a MALE Rooster, so your BEST directions for this year 2012 are indeed EAST (romance and scholastic luck) and SOUTH (lucky and brings winning energy). While usually North and South East are also good luck for you, please note that this year they are not, as the Illness Star #2 flies in the North and Yellow Star #5 which flies to the South East is very unlucky.

While your house may be situated in the East, the far more important aspect is which way your front door faces. This is absolutely critical. Also critical is that you must ensure that the top of your head when sleeping is facing your best directions for this year, ie East and South.

I hope this helps. Unfortunately I don't have the experience to be able to commence on the best directions for moving.

I would highly recommend buying the Feng Shui book above as there are many other situations you should also be aware of including activating your good luck through enhancements; it is excellent and has provided peace of mind to me

Yes, it's that easy!

But when moving to a new location (ie you said you were thinking of moving to the west coast) it is also important to check whether moving in that particular direction will be auspicious or not for you - and one of the Feng Shui experts on this site will need to give you advice on this, as I don't have that knowledge.

how do i find out about that, i live in eastern washington, you know i have the four pillars chart, but have no way of interpreting them, maybe you can help me..??

Sorry, you'll have to wait for someone else to provide advice on that one, as I don't have the knowledge. I'm sure someone will do so soon.

Oh, and I forgot to say, if your front door is not currently facing the right 'best' direction/s, you'll need to add some protection cures like a pair of fu dogs (inside facing out with the dog with the ball under its paw on the left); or a bagua mirror or 6-pronged hollow wind chimes outside. And if it's facing one of the 2012 flying star afflicted directions, then there are special cures you'll need to add.

I see both of you quite good in Feng Shui, here more information for your guys. Yes, direction is part of the important hings you need to know but this will go a bit deeper, my methods is either using the Na Yin methods, Flying Star method plus Heaven Stems methods. To use it.

In fact, the door LOCATION is more important then direction. If you facing not a suitable direction BUT you door is locate in wealth sector, which you still able to receive the good Qi. If you facing the Good direction and door located in Bad sector, then you need to beware of it BUT still bale to receive the Good Qi.

So now you are confusing, which is important. I can tell you BOTH also important and no equally same.

So to do it you really need more deeper research then you will further know it.

To add on, whether the main door is really taking up the Qi, that is another question.
If the Qi arrived to the main door but not welcoming it into the house, it is still consider non auspicious enough.
Most people call it Yin Yang door.
