It possible too. You may treat this chart read like male. Reason, nowaday woman also have the ability to give support to the family and the man sometime is not working. So it can be say, women is like Asset to you but it also can liabilty for nowadays.
BUT I still keep read in traditional way. If no spouse luck no mean the person cannot marry. As you mention, that are pretty and success in career. Of course man will attract BUT it earn high income and power so this will let the man think that if they marry to this kind of lady then how other will lokk to them.
