Staff in the office not motivated to work professionally.
Is there anything feng shui could help in this ?

You can place a horse figurine or a picture with 8 horses at the entrance or passage way toward their work station. May sure the horse face or running inward toward their work station. This will increase their horse power!!

We are now in Period 8 and also in Chinese 8 symbolize prosperity and is good for office. But make sure it must be racing and not standing still.
