I have bought a 10 i ching coins tied with red string. Is there a corner where I can place it? If a corner says place 6 i chi coins, can I replace it with 10 iching coins instead? Where is the meaning of 10 i ching coins. I am so confused with 6, 8, 9 and 10 i ching coins placement. Please help. Thank you.

The most commonly use is the 3, 6 and 9 coins. 3 coins is more for attracting wealth, 6 coins for attracting nobleman and also good for curing the star 2 & 5. 9 coins is a lucky number and represent abundance from the harmonization of heaven and earth.

As for the 10 emperor coins, some believe that the 10th emperor is considered inauspicious because Qing Dynasty collapsed during his weak rulership. Well if you are uncomfortable with it, you can remove the 10th coin and use it as 9 coins. Good luck

Thank you very much for your clear explanation! It really helps alot! I didn't realise the meaning of each # of coins per strand. So that 10 chinese coins that I have, yes, I will need to do something with it.... and since we are at chinese coins, how about 8 chinese coins which I also happen to have? Is it ok for me to place it on West corner since Lilian Too says use multiple of 8... since I have the 8 chinese coins tied in a row with red string, can I use for that purpose? Thank you in advance!

8 chinese coins are being used because we are now in the period 8 base on the flying stars theory. It can also represent the 8 Immortals which can help to attract pian chai or indirect wealth. Since the auspicious star 8 is in the West this year you can place it there if you wish and please let us know the result. Good luck!!!!

What made you to buy the 10 coins that were tied up with red thread? as i read your post, i felt that you do not know how to use and after buying you are asking the function of what you bought.
This is not happening only with you, but many people around the people do it. I wish to know your answer.

Thank you for answering me with patience, I really do not about Xing Yun QNG, i Shall ask my master. I use only 8 coins to control 2 star and 5 coins to control 5 star. apart from this is water and indoor plant. These are the only cures that I use.
