I have a small piece of land. This land is surrounded by other land on three sides. The fourth side faces a passage 10 feet wide ( not much movement). The other side of the passage is also a land. Presently there are no houses built on it, but sooner all lands would build a house. The fencing of these lands have been done this year 2011.
My Land faces the passage at 28 degrees ( NE1).
My Kua no. is 2
My wife's Kua no. is 6
My son's Kua no. is 4.
I intend building a house, with a Living room, 2 bed rooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. I need to know:
1. In which sector the house should be the best.
2. Which sectors of the house should the Living room, 2 bed rooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet, occupy.
3. In case I opt for 2 doors (Main entrance and the back door) which sectors they should occupy and the facing direction of these doors.
Would appreciate if you could give your valuable address
Regards

Since you have a piece of land, then you need not to detemine which direction is good first. You need to know which mountain or bright hall is good. Then determine the direction is good or bad.

Well, this will be a hard to you. I think you need to hired a local Feng Shui expert to help you. As this will affect your whole life and your family too. So better find a proper practitioner.

Feng shui is about the connection of earth, heaven and people luck.
If you were living in a house, we might advise on which are the best sectors... because the situation is already existing and we make the best of what we have.
But if you are building a house you have opportunities that ought not be wasted.
Deciding what is the best placement for the house on the property, how it should face, how the rooms should be arranged, how big the entry hall and the main door are, what date to move in, who is in which bedroom, etc. etc. can determine how beneficial the house is.
And for that, you need a good feng shui consultant to guide you, as JackyLee said.
What do you think, JackyLee?

Don't despair. The situation may not be nearly as bad as you think.

Dear Devadog
Thanks for your reply.
I need to understand the following:
1) Is there a facing direction for an open land? Then I would build the house on a better sector.
2) The plan I have for the house would face NE1, as the maximum openeigs of the door and windows would face the NE1, also it would face the small passsage. Could you let me know the flying star of the house for a NE1 facing house? What sectors would best suit the following:
a) Bedroom 2 nos
b) Living room
c) Kitchen
d) Bathroom and Toilet.
Would appreciate if you could reply to the above at the earliest.

The best facing direction for any land is determined by the land and the surrounding geography. That is best decided by a feng shui practitioner on site.
The flying stars for any direction are easily looked up. There are many calculators available on line. But remember that if the actual facing is within 3degrees of a Void Line, then a replacement chart is needed.
I will repeat that your wisest step would be to engage a reputable practitioner, one who knows Flying Stars, bazi, and XKDG at least. So much has to do with the actual site! We cannot do the right thing for you on the Internet, and I am not a practitioner so I do not want to misguide you.

Thanks Mr Jackylee.
I am in search of a Fengshui practioner in my area. Till I find one , please let me update my knowledge.
To have the analysis of the land, do I need to check on the mountains, road or tall buildings?. I can see mointains far of from the land atleast 3 km away and a building, 200 mtrs, both opposite to each other. Could I attach the pictures of the site, which could be easier to give the advise.
Awaiting your reply

You have a golden opportunity to find what we feng shui masters like to call the ''dragons lair''. This is the most auspicious site to build a house on. I won't get too detailed but in short, your house should be situation on a piece of land which has these things:
-A support structure or mountain at the back. Can be anything really.......for example, if there isn't a mountain then another building could substitute. Or perhaps some tall trees lined up horizontally.
-Now on the west side of the house, there should be some terrain or once again, a support structure. BUT, this structure/terrain should be higher then the eastern side.
-On the eastern side, the supporting structure should be lower then the west.
-The front side should be the lowest one out of all of them. A good example would be a river or stream.
If you can place your house in the center of the dragons lair, then you are good to go
DON"T ADVERTISING !!!

So, SimpleChineseMan, you are advocating always building the house facing South?
There are Dragon's Lair and then there are dragon's lair. One must be able to find the dragon vein. Even on flat ground. Have you been taught to do that? Perhaps you would say more without advertising your blog

No I am not. I appreciate your replies, but you should only do so when you have throughly read and understood my posts
I think you got confused because I used the cardinal directions to outline my example; I was going to just say ''left'' or ''right'' but that would have also confused people. For clarification to others who might be reading this, the dragons lair can be anywhere, you just have to find the proper supporting structures.

Oh I understood. My reply was based on what you actually posted about East and West.
And I would not press you so hard except that you have been directing readers to your blog site (where I note you give no information on your training), so I feel you should be more accountable than other posters here. If you hope to profit from this discussion I figure you ought to have earned it.
But now you have stopped advertising so I am more at peace

Yes, thats fine. I haven't been diretcing anyone to my blog. I am not forcing anyone to go to it because there is something called free will
But I've been on this forum for 8 years (if you don't believe me, check my profile) on and off helping people for FREE and people use to ask for my help all the time (which is why I have a blog now). So yeah, I think I have earned it. The only profit I seek to gain is the joy I get from helping people.
And if you go to my blog, I have no advertisements or a online shop like Wofs.com so I also have no financial motivation.

I apologize if I misjudged you.
Although to say I haven't been diretcing anyone to my blog. seems disingenuous to me. Of course you have. And of course you haven't forced anyone. These are not the same thing.
Your blog appeared as though you profit from directing visitors to the book sale sites.
If not, then very good.
And I have agreed for the most part with your posts... which I cannot say about everyone on the Forums

Well the forum has certainly changed over these past 8 years. There seems to be much less traffic and users posting on the forum which is not surprising; doesn't seem like there is enough people like us to help.

Hi Master SCM
Dragon lair do not really play any importants in houses. dragon lair do not exist everywhere. What is dragon lair? dragon lair is the finest point of the dragon. then what is dragon? dragon is a mountain range. This dragon will carry an energy. After miles and miles of travelling the dragon will stop and take a rest. This is where the lair will form. Of course there are still many factors to decide the lair which I will not discussed here.
Dragon point can only exist within or beneath the mountain. The energy is only existed within or beneath the earth. Why houses do not really depends on dragon lair? This is because we breath thru the air above the earth and not below the earth. Just imagine you locked up in a room without any opening or hole. Can you survive through? What about if I open up a door or window? Can you breath? So my conclusion is dragon lair will only play second importants for houses.
Again dragon lair can be back high, front low. Or vise versa. Left high , right low. Or vise versa. It wouldn't be all time high at the back or front. All time high left/right higher than right/left. Much depends on the environmental structure.
In order to understand a house fengshui, you need to understand the flow of the qi within and without the house.
So maybe 'dragon form' is more appropriate words to use then 'dragon lair'. What do you think?
