When it comes to design, there needs to be a balance between what looks cool and what makes sense. Many designers tend to lose perspective of this and tend to design without any consideration to the requirements of the client, instead, opting for the 'coolest' design.

It is important to attune yourself to the clearing process. The act itself is a departure from a normal kind of day. It is a departure from routine, and the mind gets a creative jolt that is not unwelcome. When the mind focuses on the process of dejunking physical space, it automatically goes into cleansing mode.

I am charmed by this because I know that birds coming into the home spells excellent feng shui. Indeed, birds have been sharing my house for a long time. This started years ago when a pair of mynahs started living in the eaves of my home at the back.

In business, the luck of the CEO is crucial to the success and profitability of the business. Just as in the home it is essential to take care of the feng shui of the Patriach first, in business, it is the CEO’s feng shui you must protect first and foremost.

World of Feng Shui donates $11,000 to REHAB
WHAT IS YOUR CHINESE ANIMAL? Are you going to have a good year? A wonderful year? Or a difficult year? Thanks to Peter Lung’s seminar, “Getting Rich and Staying Safe in the Year of the Fire Boar,” some of your fellow REHAB colleagues and friends are now in the know.
We’d like to thank Peter & Joanie Lung of World of Feng Shui for donating the proceeds from the sold-out seminar held on Saturday, January 27, to REHAB Foundation. Peter’s educational and informational seminars were very well received by all attending and generated $11,000 for REHAB and its patients. This is the third year of the seminar and in total they have raised over $26,000 for our patients. We are very grateful. (Peter and Joanie own World of Feng Shui in Kapahulu and Pearl Ridge.)
A very special thank you goes to Ed Nagamine and all of the Maintenance & Housekeeping staff for setting up the cafeteria for the seminar and making everything go back to normal. We’d also like to thank Terry Leong and the Dietary Staff for transitioning the make-shift cafeteria for the Feng Shui seminar. And last but not least, a big maholo to Board Member Jan Loo who introduced Peter & Joanie Lung to REHAB!
