How to handle this on 2012?
It's a very used kitchen, the window is always opened during the day as it is the smoking place too, we need to eat in here, cook a lot, mix, making noise, washing machine is here, a laptop for music/audio too, lots of ceramics, plants, kids all over the place in home playing loud.

Hi, i have the same problem here. I am cooking with electric cooker without open fire, shift the dinning table out of the area, and put two 5 element pagoda there. thank god, so far so good.

Thank you for your answer. I was thinking too at an electric device and move the washing machine but it is something that I can`t afford or do too soon.
I`m interested in more cures...I have the feeling that the 5 elements pagoda isnt`t enough.
