Neighbor at top of entry road to my house cut off tops of all his trees and filled his back yard with junk and garbage. His shed is on lopsided blocks near the road and underneath is piled with debris. We have to drive by his house to get in and out of mine. I also see this from my dining room table and my yard. He has scratchy shrubs that hang in the middle of the road and refuses to let the city touch them. I just remembered to put a mirror on window to reflect, but is there anything else I can do? Please help. He is a terrible person who means harm and refuses to clean up his yard.

Have you tried to put anything in between you guys? Like, planting a row of bushes so that you don't see his mess from your dining room, and generally steering the qi away from that direction?

His house is on the corner lot by the road that I have to drive by to get to my house. The picture is from the bend of the road in his back yard. Even if I put shrubs along the road in front of mny dining room, we would still have to look at his yard every time we come and go. Here is another picture.

This is the view from our home. In the summer, these are Russian Olives that block out most of his yard, but he hacked them off.

A few days ago, I put some stones and crystals on my alter, particularly Selenite, Rose Quartz and blue angel stones, blessed them and then proceeded to bless this neighbor's property with the stones. I asked for protection, love and community for this neighbor and I to get along and appoligized to the trees, flowers, lawn and plants for his ignorance as I blessed them. I will let you know the outcome. It should be all settled soon.
