Can anyone give some advices to use feng shui getting back the owed money?

How much money are you talking about? How long ago did you lend it to them?

That's a lot of money investing in land property. It is very years long for sure since the land property got decline in 2009. I don't know what to do now.

Do you own the property alone? Or did you buy the property with others planning to build on it and rent out the buildings - like building and planning to rent the buildings to people to use as stores?

Or did you buy the land with others and plan to sell when the price went up?

If you give more details, maybe we can come with a plan to help get the money back.

The money was owed to a person for investing in land property and that person promised to return with some profits. But now, no profit and no money return.

Does the person who is owed the money, have anything in writing? Does this person have their name on the title to the property, or anything in writing to show they have an interests in the property?

Why isn't the loan being paid back? Is the man just ignoring the requests for payment, or is he trying to sell the property & get the money? The best thing is if the man will sign a paper (use a lawyer) stating the amount of the loan and repayment terms. Or if he would give something of equal value in exchange for the money that was lent.

This does not look good, but the best thing is to talk to a lawyer.

Hi!

I just want to share that same thing happened to me. Someone ran away with my items and did not pay me which left me in debt. All I can advice is to get a lawyer and work hard.

Its so sad that the person went to singapore to avoid responsibility here to pay me.
