My boyfriend went to jail for DUI, first time going to jail. His court date is in March and we are worried he could be going back to jail. Please tell me what to do! He hasn't drank a drop since the DUI, which was my fault because I said I wouldn't drink then did and he decided he would rather risk him getting a DUI than me. We couldn't get ahold of any one then our phone died. What can I do to keep the fines down and keep him out of jail? His kua number is 4. We live in a mobile home which may be part of the problem.

Your home is not part of the problem. Get an attorney - this will help you both. Do not panic; take action to handle this (attorney) and learn how to prevent it from happening again. It is not your fault your boyfriend got a DUI - it was his choice to drive. You are both very fortunate no one was hurt.

We moved into my father's house bc my father isn't working but owns his own home. It seemed easier financially to just be room mates with my father and pay for things until my father got a job.
