Exactly what is the problem? Bills, no job, credit card expense?
The way to get wealth luck is to watch your money - how much comes in and what goes out, not just in bills but controling your expenses.

1) Stop using credit cards; if you can't pay cash, you can't afford it
2) pay off all credit cards
3) stop eating out, take you lunch to work
4) fix everything broken in your home; clean & do a Feng Shui cleanse of your home
5) Take everything in your home not being used, & sell or donate it
6) put 25% of your take home salary into savings; do this until you have an emergency fund to cover living expenses for 6 months
7) understand that just because you want something, does not mean you need it

The change in outlook will start you on the way to changing your wealth luck. This is why some people have money and others don't. The hardest part about having wealth is that it is more work to keep your money than it is to earn it.

u need a new mindset. i can share with u what to do, but i doubt u dare to do.

first of all is practise givings over period of 3 months minimum..be it to charity or begger, money or food for elerly or needy.
Just do only, dun think so much.
lol.. if u cannot get through this, u can forget about getting rid of bad luck.
Since u are asking about LUCK. Now u know, its time to do. 3 months later, u come find me if your luck never changed. (try at ur own risk)

FYI: first thumb of rule in FS: FS work for the blessed. so u need to accumulate a lt of thanks from others in a way u will be blessed by them becoz they are grateful to u and their good thougts will be focus on u thus pudge out the bad luck in u.

***********very important.: repay all debts even if u have to survive on bread & water every meal for 1 month (personal exp)
theory is: must suffer so that u used up all the bad luck, then u can enjoy the fruit of good luck.
