As for your chart, if what you are saying is true, that you are born in the Goat Hour, there would be immense implications, as compared to the hour of birth which i chart out to be of the monkey hour instead, which is one time frame further into the afternoon.
What makes you think that it's goat hour? It could be error of determination on your part.
