Thank you for your reply.
I still have few questions to ask you hope you don’t mind.

1) You saying that I have a weak DM but before this I had read a book and it said when at Heavenly Stems Day Pillar show Water and at Earthly Branches Month Pillar show Winter (OX) this mean this is a strong DM. And if this is a strong DM, Earth, Fire and Wood will by my favourable element. Is that true?

2) Are Hidden Stems can be calculated? As I can see from my chart, I have 2 Metal and 3 Water elements in my Hidden Stems (in attachment) and if this calculated it mean my chart is too strong. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

You are not wrong because basically in the elementary stage of learning bazi, we can conclude that when you are born in season you can be considered as strong. But when you reach into an advance stage you may have to check the strength of the Day Master in relationship with the neighboring elements. Firstly you must check whether your DM has root. In your case your DM Ren Water is rooted in the Chou Ox Earth but Chou is a graveyard branch, so the root is rather weak.

Secondly there is no supporting element or your Resource Star which is Metal, except in the hidden stems to protect and support the DM.

Finally sitting beside the Dm in the Hour Pillar, Month Pillar and Day Pillar are all opposing and controlling elements. This will stress the Day Master strength and eventually will render the Day Master from strong to weak.

We only consider the hidden stem as a root rather than an element when checking on the strength of the DM, but eventually when we look at the ten gods, all the hidden stems will have to be taken into consideration to look at the strength of the 10 gods. This is also the reason why your Influence stars are very dominating as all the hidden branches of the 4 pillars consist of it.

"Chou Ox Earth but Chou is a graveyard branch" - If you look at your Year and Month Earthly Branches you will find that your have 2 Chou Ox Earth. Generally the four Earth element in the Earthly Branches are also known as graveyard branch. You will understand better when you explore further in your later part of learning.

Your DM is definitely Weak.

You can do the following to strengthen your DM

1. Sleep with your head pointing toward your favorable element direction ie. West, Northwest and North.
2. Paint your room in white and metallic color
3. Wear more white, metallic, blue and black color clothes.
4. You can also wear gold or silver bracelet, chain or jewelry.

Your present decade luck cycle is in your favor but you must also understand that decade luck only act as a catalyst, end of day you still need the annual luck for better support. If your annual and decade luck is favorable then it double the good effect and vice versa but if the annual is unfavorable and decade is favorable then you will only have average luck year.

Is that meaning I won’t be wealthy?

How about my career? Since my DM is weak does it mean I’m not strong enough to do business by my own?

And how about my spouse star? Good or Bad?

I told you before your wealth element is pretty strong and what you need is when your supporting element comes in you can go for your wealth.

Since you are weak it is advisable for you to seek partnership is you decided to do business. Weak DM needs support and team work to excel better.

What kind of business partner I should seek for?

Is there any way to weaken my Influence Star?

Hi trist,

Since your wealth appear in your Hour Pillar, it mean that you can venture oversea for your career or enjoy better success if you work further away from your hometown.

You should seek partner that is preferably also a Weak DM, in this way both can assist each other better and if possible his unfavorable element if your favorable element or vice versa.

7 Killings Star represent your lovers in term of people and in term of matter it represents criminal activity, things involve violence or aggression, emotional and physical stress. In term of characteristics it represent impulsive, ambitious, ruthless and natural leaders.

The best way to control the strong Influence Star is to use your Output Star but when both are too strong it may backfire. The other solution is to use your Resource Star to drain the Influence Star so Metal your favorable element is good to do the job. When Metal (free from encumbrance) comes in it will help you to reduce the bad effect.
