I have a client currently looking a House & lot for his sister & there family of 10 siblings.
They plan to buy in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu Philippines, but Im puzzle to which the house is facing to which direction?
What is the best date to move-in? (i.e... what number?) They planning June or July of this year.

Regarding to the house facing direction there must be someone that is very knowledgable in feng shui that should guide you on that house orientation, because there is a lot of thing to consider in taking the house facing direction.

The best date and time for moving house must base on the patriach's astrological animal sign.

Sure, no problem! Where are you in Manila? I just read from websites and books things about FS. But, hopefully, I will be able to join FS lectures conducted by real practitioners/masters here in Manila and hopefully that of LT's group. or other groups (like Vincent Koh and Joey Yap). Were you able to attend one here in Manila? Any suggestions or recommendations? I am interested in Joy Lim's, because I have followed her FS advices ever since.

I am beginning to practice what was advised to me by helpful friends in this forum and amazingly, it works!

I am also from the Philippines, but not Cebu though. I am not aware if there are FS practitioners there in your place. But, you might want to try visiting Maritess Allen's website (she is the one handling WOFS here in the Philippines - but I doubt if there is a branch there in Cebu) or Joy Lim's website. You can search it in google. You might get helpful information there.

Or, you could just post your concerns here....there are helpful practitioners/experts here who might be of help to you.
