I am sure you understand by now that many others suffer from anxiety attacks and that you are not alone. You may comply with feng shui by sleeping with your head pointed in your best direction. Thank you mentor777. I have been taking medication, counselling as well as praying. It's hard as this attack was triggered by a fearful event recently and it has affected my life, work, and relationship. When you say the best facing direction, I believe you are saying my Kua direction right? I know there are many people in this world who has this problems but experiencing it is not easy. Thanks.
There's some peoples those can manage stress in some natural ways . Like yoga is best for mental relaxation . Also some foods can also help us for keeping our head destressed . How u guys doing for get rid of stress . Please, do not insert outside links

You are very smart to get counseling and medication to deal with this problem. Anxiety attacks can cause many problems, but you have taken very positive steps toward health. Follow you counselors advice. Meditation might be a help also, but do not take anything else unless you clear it with your counselor as it may react with your medication.
