I am very confused with the different methods of mapping the flying star chart to my HDB 4 room unit. Based on books, I should place the grids of 9 on the centre of the floor plan. However, my relative's method is to subdivide the unit into sectors based on its physical partition as defined by the walls. With his method, there will only be 6 or 7 sectors instead of 9. Which method is correct?

All the units in my HDB and surrounding blocks of the same design have missing North or South corners. Does it mean everyone will encounter problems relating to the missing sectors, assuming they shifted in at the same period. Is there any fengshui cures to the missing sectors?

Both methods are correct.

To cure missing sectors,
1) Construct a new missing sector;
2) Buy a new HDB without missing sector


Is much easier for landed property to cure it without constructing anything.

To be honest with you. What is missing already cannot be done especially HDB flat, thanks to architect of Singapore for their good design
So whatever is left, use them wisely.
Well, you can try submit your paper to construct a big room at 7th storey alone
