Yes! True! What are you implying by saying this?
Anyway, with BING XIN being unable to transform, it is good, such that it does not add more competitors to your life.
Too much of water for your chart, can also lead to manic depression.

Hello Pretty,
Just wondering where did you hear your 'BING XIN not transforming' from?
Foolishly, I took your statement at face value in the past, and did not bother to think further.
From the looks of your chart, even if you are not born in water season, BING XIN DOES transform, because you are born in autumn.
Autumn is the source where water grows, and SHEN have very strong potential to give rise to water.
So BING XIN does transform after all, even if your WEI in your year pillar attempts to cloud it.
WEI could do nothing to stop the transformation in this palace.

You are likely to lose out in this battle. The point is not to create hatred or have a sense of regret of not doing things right, but to take your decisions one step at a time, and your actions one step at a time upon feedback.
2014: Life would turn around for you in positive manners, right up to recognition for your performance and capabilities, as well as the ability to gain potential and strong employment. You might have to be take note of January 2015, the last month of it. Treading carefully will you you through.
