I would like to activate my peach blossom with Rooter (Rat does not works. I am sheep).

I would like to know, when is the right time to activate?

Is it important to know the date and time when I have to change the water to get fresh water for? And is it important when I put the rose quarz in it? I still didn`t do it.

As for the rest like changing of water and placing of rose quartz you can do it anytime convenience to you.
